If your general questions isn't answered here or you have a specific query then please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Each personal training session is 55 minutes long - this includes a warm up and cool down/stretch. This is hugely important to ensure our bodies are ready to exercise whilst also helping prevent injury and stress on our joints and ligaments.
It's a quick session which enables us to talk through your fitness goals, any health issues you may have and enables you to ask any questions you need prior to committing to any sessions with me. Come and have a look at the studio and see whether it will all work for you.

No. If you do have any specific health concerns it is important we are aware of these before we develop your training programme. But we cam start from scratch and work towards your end goal with a progression that suits you and your body.
I would recommend between 1 and 3 sessions per week depending on what you are trying to achieve. This is also dependent on what time you have available and what other physical activity you are doing throughout the week. Everybody is different and there is no one fits all answer here. All I would say is that consistency and frequency are key in achieving results!
